What does NOWARUN actually manufacture?
Machinery components made to customer drawings: precision machined parts, gears, torsional rubber springs and tensioner devices, ceramic parts, metal injection moulded parts, and sheet metal and stamped parts.
Can you make a part if I have lost the drawing?
Yes. Send the worn part. Its geometry is measured, a drawing is raised, and you approve that drawing before anything is cut.
What tolerance can you hold?
Down to ±0.005 mm on shafts, hydraulic valve blocks and alloy CNC parts, and ±0.01 mm on 5 axis parts and brass turned parts. The tolerance is agreed on the order rather than assumed.
What is your minimum order quantity?
On stamped parts the published minimum is 1000 pieces and it depends on the part and its dimensions. Machined, gear, MIM and ceramic parts are quoted per drawing.
How quickly can I get a sample?
Sample lead time is 3 to 7 working days on stamped and simple machined parts, with volume lead time of 10 to 15 working days on stamped parts.
Which quality systems do you work under?
ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949. Both certificates are shown on the capabilities page.
How do I send a drawing?
