Why is there no enquiry form on this site?
Because a drawing cannot be attached to one. Email the print directly to [email protected] and it reaches the person who will quote it.
What should I include in a first email?
The drawing or a photo of the part, the annual quantity, the material grade if you have one, the tolerance, and the heat and surface treatment.
What are your working hours?
Monday to Saturday, 08:30 to 18:00 China Standard Time, which is GMT+8.
Can I send a worn part instead of a drawing?
Yes. Email first so the shipping address and the handling instructions are confirmed before you send anything.
Which file formats can you read?
Send PDF or a dimensioned photograph for the first pass. Native CAD is arranged by email once the enquiry is under way.
