What is the difference between this and the MES moulded case series?

This is the window type body: the conductor passes through the aperture and there is no primary terminal. The moulded case MES page covers the same electrical family with the wider frame ladder and full burden table.

Does the window accept a busbar as well as a cable?

Yes. Every frame is dimensioned for both, and the body carries busbar mounting features as one of the three built in fixing methods.

Is 1 A secondary available on every frame?

Yes, 5 A and 1 A secondaries are standard across the series.
