Single cavity to 3.25 mm copper and double cavity to 2.50 mm, matched to the DA100 and DB100 machines.

These are the die sets for the two larger desk machines. Single cavity dies matched to the DA100 and DB100 cover copper from 1.00 mm to 3.25 mm and aluminium from 1.00 mm to 5.00 mm. Double cavity dies for the same machines cover copper and aluminium from 1.00 mm to 2.50 mm.
Single cavity for the full range, double cavity up to 2.50 mm for doubled life on the running sizes.
The aluminium range runs wider than the copper range, as it does across the machine programme.
Round or profile wire and rod to the customer's specification, within the 0.10-25.0 mm programme.
The range for rectangular non-ferrous wire is calculated from the cross-sectional area.
SD1 single dies fit the PB10, PC10 and PW10 fine machines. SD2 double cavity dies fit PA30, DA30 and DB30. These DA100/DB100 sets cover the next band up, and CHY dies cover the hydraulic machines from 1.00 mm to 13.00 mm copper.
Dies are manufactured for wire between 0.10 mm and 25.0 mm to suit round or profile wire and rod, to the customer's own specification, at -1% / +2% of the wire diameter.
On the motorised and hydraulic machines, operating voltage is built to the industrial supply of the destination country. State voltage, phase and frequency with the order.
Machines are packed in a strong wooden or plywood case as stated per model. Carry cases are supplied with the portable welders and the DA10.
