PW10 Portable Cold Welder for 0.05-0.50 mm Wire
The PW10 is a hand-held cold welder for copper, aluminium and other non-ferrous wire from 0.05 mm to 0.50 mm. At 820 g and 170 × 55 × 60 mm it is the smallest and lightest machine SGT builds, supplied with a carry case as the industry-standard light welder for narrow spaces.

Compared With Other Models
The PB10 starts at 0.12 mm in a 160 mm frame. The PW10 goes finer, to 0.05 mm, at 820 g. Both take SD1 single dies. Above 0.50 mm the PA30 and PB35 take over.

How It Is Set Up and Run
- Fit the SD1 die cut for the wire diameter.
- Trim both ends square with a clean cutter.
- Load with equal protrusion and close fully in one movement.
- Shear the flash and check the joint under magnification if the wire is very fine.

Dies to Your Wire
Dies are manufactured for wire between 0.10 mm and 25.0 mm to suit round or profile wire and rod, to the customer's own specification, at -1% / +2% of the wire diameter.
Your Electrical Supply
On the motorised and hydraulic machines, operating voltage is built to the industrial supply of the destination country. State voltage, phase and frequency with the order.
Export Packing
Machines are packed in a strong wooden or plywood case as stated per model. Carry cases are supplied with the portable welders and the DA10.
