How is a machine matched to our line
By the wire. Give the material, the smallest and largest diameter run, whether the section is round or rectangular, and the electrical supply. The machine model, the die set and the voltage build follow from those four answers.
Do you supply the consumables as well as the machines
Yes. Welding dies from 0.10 mm to 25.0 mm, drawing dies in tungsten carbide, PCD and nano diamond coating, extrusion dies and tips, and quartz glass welding crucibles are all made in house.
What lead time and packing should we expect
Packing is stated per model — a strong wooden or plywood case for the machines, carry cases for the portable welders. Lead time is quoted per order. TBC
