SD2 Double Cavity Welding Dies
SD2 dies carry two cavities in one die body, matched to the PA30, DA30 and DB30 machines. The copper range is 0.30 mm to 1.20 mm and the aluminium range 0.30 mm to 1.40 mm. They are part of the same industry-standard programme that covers 0.10 mm to 25.0 mm and can be cut for round or profile wire.

Export Packing
Machines are packed in a strong wooden or plywood case as stated per model. Carry cases are supplied with the portable welders and the DA10.
