The DB100 is the largest hand-operated desk welder before the hydraulic range starts. It covers copper from 0.90 mm to 4.00 mm and aluminium from 1.00 mm to 5.50 mm, with double cavity dies available up to 2.50 mm, and can be bench or trolley mounted for ease of movement.

Use Guide
How It Is Set Up and Run
- Mount on a bench or trolley at working height.
- Fit single cavity dies, or double cavity for wire up to 2.50 mm.
- Trim both ends square and load with equal protrusion.
- Close the lever fully, shear the flash and pull-test the joint.

What Is Built to Order
Dies to Your Wire
Dies are manufactured for wire between 0.10 mm and 25.0 mm to suit round or profile wire and rod, to the customer's own specification, at -1% / +2% of the wire diameter.
Your Electrical Supply
On the motorised and hydraulic machines, operating voltage is built to the industrial supply of the destination country. State voltage, phase and frequency with the order.
Export Packing
Machines are packed in a strong wooden or plywood case as stated per model. Carry cases are supplied with the portable welders and the DA10.
