This is the desk build of the DA10: same 0.10-0.50 mm range in copper and aluminium, same ductile cast iron body and 255 × 65 × 145 mm envelope, at a 3.5 kg net weight. It is the version to specify when the welder will live in one place on the bench and be used many times a shift.

How It Is Set Up and Run
- Clamp the welder to the bench at working height.
- Fit the die cut for the wire size.
- Trim both wire ends square and load with equal protrusion.
- Close fully, shear the flash, and pull-test the joint.

Dies to Your Wire
Dies are manufactured for wire between 0.10 mm and 25.0 mm to suit round or profile wire and rod, to the customer's own specification, at -1% / +2% of the wire diameter.
Your Electrical Supply
On the motorised and hydraulic machines, operating voltage is built to the industrial supply of the destination country. State voltage, phase and frequency with the order.
Export Packing
Machines are packed in a strong wooden or plywood case as stated per model. Carry cases are supplied with the portable welders and the DA10.
