DA10 Table Cold Welder for 0.10-0.50 mm Copper
A 3.3 kg ductile cast iron table welder in a carry case, for fine wire in a narrow space.
View specifications
The largest portable, in an aluminium alloy body at 3.5 kg, copper to 1.30 mm and aluminium to 1.50 mm.

The PB35 takes the portable format as far as it goes. The body is aluminium alloy, weight 3.5 kg, envelope 230 × 165 × 200 mm, and it welds copper wire from 0.35 mm to 1.30 mm and aluminium from 0.35 mm to 1.50 mm. It is packed in a strong carry case.
The top of the hand-held range, covering the sizes most intermediate drawing runs.
Stiffness at 3.5 kg rather than the weight a cast iron frame would need.
Portable access to the wire sizes a 13 kg bench welder covers.
Machine and dies travel together.
The PA30 covers 0.30-0.90 mm at 1.30 kg in cast stainless steel. The PB35 carries the range to 1.30 mm copper in aluminium alloy at 3.5 kg. The DB30 covers the same wire range as a 13 kg bench machine with double cavity dies.
Dies are manufactured for wire between 0.10 mm and 25.0 mm to suit round or profile wire and rod, to the customer's own specification, at -1% / +2% of the wire diameter.
On the motorised and hydraulic machines, operating voltage is built to the industrial supply of the destination country. State voltage, phase and frequency with the order.
Machines are packed in a strong wooden or plywood case as stated per model. Carry cases are supplied with the portable welders and the DA10.
