The PB10 is a hand-held cold pressure welding machine for copper and aluminium wire from 0.12 mm to 0.50 mm. The body is cast stainless steel and the envelope is 160 × 70 × 95 mm — the smallest machine in the portable range, built as the industry-standard light welder for narrow spaces.

How It Is Set Up and Run
- Fit the SD1 single cavity die cut for the wire diameter.
- Trim both ends square — a ragged end gives an incomplete upset at this size.
- Load with equal protrusion and close fully.
- Shear the flash and pull-test.

Dies to Your Wire
Dies are manufactured for wire between 0.10 mm and 25.0 mm to suit round or profile wire and rod, to the customer's own specification, at -1% / +2% of the wire diameter.
Your Electrical Supply
On the motorised and hydraulic machines, operating voltage is built to the industrial supply of the destination country. State voltage, phase and frequency with the order.
Export Packing
Machines are packed in a strong wooden or plywood case as stated per model. Carry cases are supplied with the portable welders and the DA10.
