DJ100 Desk Cold Welder for 1.00-4.50 mm Copper
The DJ100 takes the hand-operated desk format as far as it goes: copper wire from 1.00 mm to 4.50 mm and aluminium from 1.00 mm to 6.00 mm, in a ductile cast iron body at 80 kg. Its dies are larger than DB100 dies, which is what lets the same format carry the extra section.

How It Is Set Up and Run
- Bolt the machine to a bench that will carry 80 kg.
- Fit the DJ100 die set cut for the wire diameter.
- Trim both ends square and load with equal protrusion.
- Close fully, shear the flash and pull-test.

Dies are manufactured for wire between 0.10 mm and 25.0 mm to suit round or profile wire and rod, to the customer's own specification, at -1% / +2% of the wire diameter.
Your Electrical Supply
On the motorised and hydraulic machines, operating voltage is built to the industrial supply of the destination country. State voltage, phase and frequency with the order.
Export Packing
Machines are packed in a strong wooden or plywood case as stated per model. Carry cases are supplied with the portable welders and the DA10.
