The DB30 is the workhorse desk welder for the sizes a drawing hall runs most. It handles copper from 0.35 mm to 1.30 mm and aluminium from 0.30 mm to 1.40 mm, is built in ductile cast iron at 13 kg, and can be bench or trolley mounted. The dies available for it are double cavity.

How It Is Set Up and Run
- Mount on a bench or trolley at working height.
- Fit the SD2 double cavity die set cut for the wire size.
- Trim both ends square and load with equal protrusion.
- Close fully, shear the flash, and pull-test.

Dies to Your Wire
Dies are manufactured for wire between 0.10 mm and 25.0 mm to suit round or profile wire and rod, to the customer's own specification, at -1% / +2% of the wire diameter.
Your Electrical Supply
On the motorised and hydraulic machines, operating voltage is built to the industrial supply of the destination country. State voltage, phase and frequency with the order.
Export Packing
Machines are packed in a strong wooden or plywood case as stated per model. Carry cases are supplied with the portable welders and the DA10.
