The DA100 is a cast steel desk cold pressure welding machine covering copper wire from 1.00 mm to 3.25 mm and aluminium from 1.00 mm to 5.00 mm. Double cavity dies are available up to 2.50 mm. It measures 310 × 190 × 315 mm at 37 kg and can be bench or trolley mounted for ease of movement.

How It Is Set Up and Run
- Mount on bench or trolley at working height.
- Fit single cavity dies, or double cavity for wire up to 2.50 mm.
- Trim both ends square and load with equal protrusion.
- Close fully, shear the flash and pull-test.

Export Packing
Machines are packed in a strong wooden or plywood case as stated per model. Carry cases are supplied with the portable welders and the DA10.
