CHY800 Hydraulic Pressure Welding Machine
The CHY800 is a two-part machine: a 2000 kg press and a 300 kg power pack, together covering pure copper rod from 8.00 mm to 20.00 mm and pure aluminium rod from 8.00 mm to 25.00 mm. It is the machine for the top of the rod range, where nothing smaller will upset the section.

Use Guide
How It Is Set Up and Run
- Site the press and the power pack with the hydraulic run between them.
- Fit the die pair cut for the rod section.
- Load both rod ends into the cavity.
- Cycle the press, shear the flash, and pull-test before returning the line to production.

What Is Built to Order
Dies to Your Wire
Dies are manufactured for wire between 0.10 mm and 25.0 mm to suit round or profile wire and rod, to the customer's own specification, at -1% / +2% of the wire diameter.
Your Electrical Supply
On the motorised and hydraulic machines, operating voltage is built to the industrial supply of the destination country. State voltage, phase and frequency with the order.
Export Packing
Machines are packed in a strong wooden or plywood case as stated per model. Carry cases are supplied with the portable welders and the DA10.
