The CHY200-B is the entry point into the hydraulic range for plants that have run out of bench welder. It covers pure copper wire from 2.00 mm to 6.00 mm and pure aluminium from 2.00 mm to 8.00 mm at 5.5-6.0 MPa working pressure, in a 1050 × 560 × 900 mm footprint.

Use Guide
How It Is Set Up and Run
- Fit the CHY200 die pair cut for the wire diameter.
- Bring working pressure to between 5.5 and 6.0 MPa.
- Load both wire ends so the faces meet inside the cavity.
- Cycle, shear the flash, and pull-test the first joint of the batch.

What Is Built to Order
Dies to Your Wire
Dies are manufactured for wire between 0.10 mm and 25.0 mm to suit round or profile wire and rod, to the customer's own specification, at -1% / +2% of the wire diameter.
Your Electrical Supply
On the motorised and hydraulic machines, operating voltage is built to the industrial supply of the destination country. State voltage, phase and frequency with the order.
Export Packing
Machines are packed in a strong wooden or plywood case as stated per model. Carry cases are supplied with the portable welders and the DA10.
