The CHY700-B is built for large-section rod. It covers pure copper from 7.00 mm to 12.00 mm and pure aluminium from 7.00 mm to 20.00 mm, with a 7.50 kW motor, a working pressure band of 5.5-8.0 MPa and a 1500 kg frame in a 1500 × 800 × 1400 mm footprint.

How It Is Set Up and Run
- Fit CHY700 dies cut for the section.
- Set the working pressure for the section — lower in the band for 7 mm copper, higher for 20 mm aluminium.
- Load both ends so the faces meet inside the cavity.
- Cycle, shear, and verify the joint breaks in the parent metal.

What Is Built to Order
Dies to Your Wire
Dies are manufactured for wire between 0.10 mm and 25.0 mm to suit round or profile wire and rod, to the customer's own specification, at -1% / +2% of the wire diameter.
Your Electrical Supply
On the motorised and hydraulic machines, operating voltage is built to the industrial supply of the destination country. State voltage, phase and frequency with the order.
Export Packing
Machines are packed in a strong wooden or plywood case as stated per model. Carry cases are supplied with the portable welders and the DA10.
