Procurement and Export Delivery
Everything between your enquiry and a commissioned machine on your floor: specification, quotation, manufacture, inspection, packing, shipping documents and after-sales support.
Where This Usually Goes Wrong
Importing machine tools goes wrong in predictable places — a machine specified from a catalogue that does not match the work, a voltage that does not match the site, packing that does not survive the sea, and no one to call when it is on the floor and will not run correctly.
Stage by Stage
Enquiry and specification
Problem. A model number chosen from a catalogue often does not match the actual work
How we handle it. Send us your specifications, your part drawings, or simply the model you think you need. We will confirm the model against the work or propose the one that fits.
Quotation and terms
Problem. Unclear terms stall orders at the finance stage
How we handle it. FOB CFR and CIF are all acceptable. Payment is 30 percent T/T on order and 70 percent before shipment, or an irrevocable L/C at sight.
Manufacture
Problem. Quality varies where machining, assembly and painting are subcontracted separately
How we handle it. We hold R&D, production, assembly, inspection, painting and storage in-house, with a 15,000 square metre constant-temperature assembly workshop.
Inspection
Problem. Faults found after shipment are expensive to correct
How we handle it. Our inspection department checks each machine before it is packed. Our own equipment includes a Kuraki boring and milling machine, a DIXI precision coordinate boring machine and a precision rail grinder.
Voltage and language
Problem. A machine wired for the wrong supply cannot be commissioned
How we handle it. Supply voltage, frequency and manual language are confirmed against your market before the machine is built.
Packing and shipment
Problem. Sea freight damage usually traces back to inadequate crating
How we handle it. Machines are crated for sea freight and consolidated so an entire line ships together.
After sales
Problem. A machine with no support line becomes a machine no one wants to run
How we handle it. Technical response by email and WhatsApp, and spare parts and tooling supplied from the same source as the machine.

What are your trade terms?
FOB, CFR and CIF are all acceptable. Tell us your port and we will quote accordingly.
What are your payment terms?
30 percent T/T when the order is placed and 70 percent before shipment, or an irrevocable L/C at sight.
How do I know the machine will suit my work?
Send us your specifications and we will select the model, or send us the part drawings and we will propose the machine. If you already know the model, we will confirm it against what you have described.
Can several machines ship in one container?
Yes, and it is the normal arrangement for a line or a shop package. It reduces freight cost per machine and everything arrives together for commissioning.
What happens if something is wrong after delivery?
Contact us by email or WhatsApp with photos or video. Our technical team works through the fault with you and we supply replacement parts from the same source as the machine.
