From Component to Crate
Component inspection
Incoming and in-process checking of machined components against drawing before they reach assembly
Stress relief
Structures tempered in the 100-ton medium-temperature furnace so they are stable before final machining
Precision machining
Critical bores and ways machined on the Kuraki and DIXI machines and the precision rail grinder
Constant-temperature assembly
Machines assembled in the 15,000 m² constant-temperature workshop to keep geometry from drifting during build
Function test
Machines run through their operating cycle by the inspection department before painting
Paint and pack
Finished on the automatic sheet-metal spraying line, then crated for sea freight
