What We Do

We are a manufacturer, not a trading company. Our products are machine tools, automotive maintenance equipment and engine rebuilding machinery, and they are designed, manufactured and machined here. Over the years those products have been exported worldwide and we have built long-running business relationships with the customers who run them.

The range covers 183 machines and tooling lines in 27 categories. That breadth exists for a practical reason: our customers are usually equipping or re-equipping a whole workshop, and buying a lathe from one supplier, a saw from another and the measuring tools from a third makes an already complicated purchase worse.

The Works

The factory is complete in the sense that matters for machine tools: an R&D department, a production workshop, an assembly workshop, an inspection department, a painting house and a storehouse — all ours.

Assembly happens in a 15,000 square metre constant-temperature workshop. That is not a comfort measure. A machine tool assembled while the building temperature swings has geometry built into it that will not be there when it reaches a customer at a different temperature.

There is also a 100-ton medium-temperature tempering furnace on site, so structures are stress-relieved before final machining rather than moving in service.

The Machines That Build Our Machines

A machine tool cannot be more accurate than the machines that made it. Ours include a Kuraki boring and milling machine from Kurashiki in Japan, a DIXI precision coordinate boring machine from Switzerland, a precision rail grinder, a high-speed laser cutting machine and a fully computerised automatic sheet-metal spraying line.

The range runs from conventional machine tools through CNC machining centres and high-precision measuring instruments, which is what lets us keep product quality under our own control rather than under a subcontractor's.

How We Work

We carry our technical standard through every section of production — components, processing, assembling and painting — because a customer judges the machine on how it runs and on how it looks when the crate comes off, and both are decided upstream.

Design is not static. We improve product quality and design against customer feedback and develop products to meet what the market actually asks for, which is a more reliable source of direction than an internal roadmap.

With a complete system in place we cover R&D, manufacturing, sales and after-sales, and our technical team responds to problems you may be facing rather than leaving you with a manual and a phone number nobody answers.

What We Commit To

High quality industrial machinery, and professional engineering and consultancy services to suit different budgets and local conditions. That last part matters for export: a machine specified for a shop with unstable power, limited technical support and no local spares is a different machine from one going into a well-served industrial park, and we would rather have that conversation before the order than after.
