The UCM1500 is a 1500 litre overflow ultrasonic cleaning tank for auto spare parts, sized to take engine blocks, cylinder heads, gearbox casings and batches of smaller components. Parts coming off a stripped engine carry carbon, oil and old gasket material into every water gallery and blind hole, and no amount of brushing reaches those. Ultrasonic cavitation does, and the overflow design carries the loosened contamination off the bath surface rather than letting it settle back onto clean parts. Tank size is 1500*900*900mm, ultrasonic power is adjustable from 0 to 5400W at 28KHZ or 40KHZ, heating power is 18000W with the heater adjustable from 20 to 95 degrees C, and the timer runs 0 to 99H. The tank comes with a drainage basket, a lid and multi-direction castors. Power supply is AC 380-440V or AC 220-240V at 50/60Hz. Should I choose 28KHZ or 40KHZ?
28KHZ is the more aggressive setting for heavy soil on castings; 40KHZ suits finer cleaning. Tell us what parts you clean and we will recommend the frequency.
Is a cleaning agent required?
The machine works with water, but the cleaning effect will be better if an appropriate cleaning agent is used together with it. Tell us your soils and we will suggest one.
What power supply does it need?
AC 380-440V 50/60Hz or AC 220-240V 50/60Hz. Confirm your supply on the order and we will build to it.
What certification does it carry?

Can it be moved around the workshop?
