A sample that works in a clean office with a strong signal proves nothing. We would rather you find a problem on one unit than on five hundred, so here is how to test properly and what to look for.

How To Get A Sample

Send the model name or describe the capacity and features you need. If you are not sure, describe your market and we will suggest two options.

Confirm the details
We confirm the sample cost, the shipping cost and the lead time. Stock samples ship in five to seven days, branded samples in 10 to 14.

Sample ships
By courier to your address with tracking. Customs documentation is prepared so the parcel clears without delays.

Test it properly
Use your own kibble, your own router and your own conditions. Cut the power mid-schedule. Leave food sealed for three weeks. Find the problems now, not after a container arrives.

Tell us what you found
If something did not work, we want to know. That conversation is what a sample is for, and it is far cheaper than discovering it in a review.

Eight Tests Worth Running
These are the conditions that produce negative reviews. If a sample passes all eight, the product will survive its first season.
- Use the specific kibble shape and size your market feeds, including flat or oversized pieces
- Pair the device on a dual-band router broadcasting a single merged SSID
- Cut mains power during a scheduled meal and confirm the backup dispenses
- Leave food sealed in the hopper for three weeks and check the smell
- Weigh ten consecutive portions and check the variance
- Strip the fountain completely and confirm every wetted surface can be reached
- Run the camera at night and check the image is actually usable
- Drop the packed carton from waist height and open it

Yes, once artwork is confirmed. Branded samples take 10 to 14 days because printing and packaging are involved.

As many as you need to test properly. Most buyers take one or two of each model they are evaluating.
