Solution
OEM Manufacturing
You bring the brand and the market knowledge. We build an existing PAWBILT model to your specification, with your logo, colour, packaging and app identity, and ship it under your name. Tooling already exists, so the path from decision to first container is short.
Process
Every Stage And What It Takes
- 1
Model selection
3 to 5 daysWe match your target price and market to an existing model. Nothing about the housing changes, so no tooling investment is needed.
- 2
Branding specification
5 to 10 daysLogo placement, print method, colour reference, app name and icon are all fixed in a written specification you approve.
- 3
Packaging design
7 to 14 daysWe supply the die line, you supply the artwork, or our team designs the retail box to your market standard.
- 4
Pre-production sample
7 to 10 daysOne to three units built exactly as the production run will be. Nothing goes into production until you sign this off.
- 5
Production
15 daysYour run is scheduled on the line with your branded components already staged.
- 6
Inspection and shipping
3 to 5 daysFull function test, drop test on a batch sample, then loading to your nominated forwarder.

Answers
OEM Manufacturing Questions
What does this service cost
Service cost is built into the unit price rather than charged separately, except for tooling on ODM projects and certification testing fees, which are quoted as line items before work starts.
Who owns the design
On OEM work the housing design stays with us and your branding stays with you. On ODM projects where you fund the tooling, the design of that housing is yours under the terms in the development agreement.
Do you sign an NDA
Yes, before any files, drawings or commercial detail move in either direction.
What happens if a sample is not approved
We revise and rebuild. Production does not start until you sign off a pre-production sample, and there is no limit on reasonable revision rounds during that stage.
