A Factory That Builds Other People's Brands
PAWBILT is the manufacturing brand of Best Global Electronic Co., Ltd. Since 2012 we have built smart pet feeders and water fountains in our own Shenzhen facility for the brands, retailers and distributors who sell them under their own name.
What we actually do
We design, tool, build, certify and ship smart pet products. The distinction that matters is that we do not run a consumer brand of our own, so we are not competing with the customers we supply. Our name appears on the carton going out of the factory and nowhere else.
The range covers automatic feeders from 3 L to 6 L, cordless water fountains, and 2-in-1 stations that hold both food and water. Fourteen models are in production at any time, and two to four new ones are added each year, usually because an existing customer asked for something the range did not cover.
Why everything sits in one building
Our mould workshop, injection moulding, SMT line, assembly, ageing room, quality control and packing all occupy the same Shenzhen facility. That arrangement costs more than subcontracting, and it buys one specific thing: the loop between finding a problem and fixing it is measured in hours rather than weeks.
On an ODM project this shows up immediately. A tooling revision goes to a workshop on the same site rather than into an outside supplier's queue. A firmware issue found during ageing goes to a team who sit in the same building. Neither of those is impressive on its own, but together they are the difference between a development schedule that holds and one that slips a month at a time.
How we work with buyers
Most relationships start small. A buyer takes a sample, tests it properly, then places 500 units of one model. If it sells, the range widens and the quantities grow. We prefer that sequence to a large first order, because a programme built on real sell-through data survives its second year.
We do not use enquiry forms. Questions go to WhatsApp or email and are answered by people who work on these products, usually within a working day. Technical questions go to engineering rather than being paraphrased by a salesperson.
What we are not
We are not a trading company, and we are not the right supplier for every project. If your volumes cannot support tooling, we will say so rather than take a deposit. If a design cannot be moulded at the cost you need, you will hear that during feasibility rather than after the moulds are cut. That conversation is cheaper for both sides at the beginning.
