What is the minimum order quantity for single-bowl feeder models
Standard MOQ is 500 units per model in a stock configuration. Custom colour, custom tooling or a new housing design starts at 3000 units. Samples are available from one unit.
Can we mix models in one order
Yes. You can combine any models in this category in a single container as long as each model reaches its own MOQ. Mixed orders share the same production window.
Which certifications are included
CE, FCC and RoHS are standard on every model. UKCA, PSE, KC and additional market-specific test reports are arranged on request and quoted separately.
How long does production take
Around 15 days for stock configurations after the deposit clears. Private label runs with printed packaging usually need 25 to 35 days. Tooling for a new housing adds 45 to 60 days.
Do you supply the app as well as the hardware
Yes. Your brand name, icon, colour scheme and account system can be configured inside the app. Deeper firmware changes are quoted as part of an ODM project.
Can you ship directly to Amazon FBA
