How we use it
Business information you send is used to answer your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange samples, and manage an order if one follows. We do not sell contact details and we do not add addresses to marketing lists without a clear request.
Hosting and server records
The web host keeps standard server logs, which may include IP addresses and requested pages. These are used for security and technical operation and are not combined with enquiry information.
Third-party services
Messages sent to us on WhatsApp are handled according to WhatsApp's own terms. The location map on our contact page is embedded from Google Maps and loads only when that page is opened.
Confidentiality of project information
Drawings, specifications, volumes and commercial terms shared during a project are treated as confidential. We sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement before sensitive files move in either direction, and we do not publish customer names, listings or store locations without written permission.
Data retention
Enquiry correspondence is kept while a commercial relationship is active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Production and quality records are retained for two years for traceability.
