Our own mould workshop
Tooling is cut and revised in the same building as the assembly line. On an ODM project a change takes days instead of waiting in an outside supplier's queue.
Firmware maintained in house
Camera products are judged on software. Because we own the firmware rather than buying a module, a field issue is fixed by our team on our schedule.
One platform across the range
Nine feeders, three fountains and two combos share an app and a spare parts list, so adding a SKU does not add a support system.
Documentation that survives an audit
Test reports, material certificates, batch records and packaging drawings assembled before a retailer asks, not in response to a failed audit.

Every Stage Under One Roof
Mould workshop, injection moulding, SMT, assembly, ageing, quality control and packing all sit in the same Shenzhen building. That is why the loop between a test failure and a process fix is measured in hours.
Mould workshop
Tooling cut and maintained in house, so design revisions do not queue behind another factory's schedule.
Injection moulding
Housings, hoppers and bowls moulded from food-grade ABS and PP with certificates on file.
SMT and PCBA
Boards populated and tested before they reach assembly, so faults are caught upstream.
Assembly
Twelve-station lines with function checks built into the sequence rather than added at the end.
Ageing and QC
Twenty-four hour run test, 100 percent function test and drop testing on a batch sample.
Warehouse and packing
Export cartons drop tested at 80 cm on six faces in the configuration they will ship in.

We needed a factory for smart fountains that would survive our quality check. Every unit was tested before shipment and ten thousand units arrived three days early. They also shared market data that changed our water capacity spec.

What does PAWBILT manufacture
Smart automatic pet feeders from 3 L to 6 L, cordless pet water fountains, and 2-in-1 combo units that hold both food and water. Fourteen models are currently in production, all built in our own facility in Shenzhen.
What is the minimum order quantity
Five hundred units per model in a stock configuration. Custom colour or custom packaging starts at 3000 units, and a new ODM housing needs 3000 units per production run. Samples are available from one unit.
How long does production take
Around 15 days for stock configurations after the deposit clears. Private label runs with printed packaging need 25 to 35 days. A new ODM product takes 75 to 95 days to first production.
Do you own the factory
Yes. Best Global Electronic Co., Ltd operates its own ISO-certified facility in Shenzhen with an in-house mould workshop, injection moulding, SMT, assembly, ageing and packing all in the same building.
Which certifications do you hold
CE, FCC and RoHS as standard on every model. UKCA, PSE, KC and other market-specific files are arranged on request. Material certificates are supplied for all food contact parts.
Can you put our brand on the product and the app
Yes. Logo, colour, packaging, manual and the app identity including name, icon, colour scheme and account system can all be configured to your brand.
Do you ship directly to Amazon FBA
Yes. FNSKU labelling, carton marking and pallet configuration to Amazon requirements are handled at the factory, and we book the shipment to your nominated warehouse.
