Two routes exist: small packs into cartons, or small packs into a woven outer bag. The route decides the whole line, so we settle it before anything else.

Small pack dimensional consistency drives counting reliability. We run your actual small packs through the counter before quoting the line.

Carton grade and tape specification affect erector reliability more than most buyers expect. We give you the specification to hold your supplier to.

The carton line is composed of the automatic unpacking machine, empty box conveyor, packing machine, solid box conveyor, vibrating and levelling conveyors, sealing machine, binding machine, coder and palletiser.

Published capacity is 120 to 150 pieces a minute for 100 g to 10 kg packs, on 380 V three-phase five-wire at 15 kW with 0.5 to 0.8 MPa air.

On the secondary bagging route, 500 to 5000 g packs are counted and dropped into a woven bag which is then sewn closed, at 2 to 4 large bags a minute.

Counting sensors and the sewing head are the service items, and both are covered by the same 24/7 support arrangement.
