Solution Process

Every Step From Design To After Sales

A line is only as good as its weakest handover. These are the stages we cover, and what we take responsibility for at each one.

1
Design and layout

Ton bag stations need headroom, a forklift path and a clean discharge route. Published external dimensions on the HNWT2000 are 5200 x 1800 x 3500 mm, designed to the actual application.

2
Sampling and trial

Bulk density and flow decide the feeding valve sizing. Three-stage coarse, slow and fine feeding is what holds the weight on a 1000 kg bag.

3
Material selection

Bag loop type, spout diameter and liner all affect the hook arrangement and the de-dusting seal. Send us the FIBC specification with the enquiry.

4
Production

A metering control system of high-precision sensors and high-resolution control instruments, with automatic feeding, measuring, packaging and counting under PLC and touch screen control.

5
Quality inspection

Published accuracy is 0.1% static to OIML class III and 0.2 to 0.3% dynamic. Packing speed is 6 to 20 bags an hour across the 500 to 2000 kg range.

6
Packing and logistics

The discharge station handles the other end: 500 to 2000 kg an hour with a 1.5 cubic metre hopper and dust collection included.

7
After sales

Load cells and the pneumatic gate valves are the service items. Both are stocked and both can be diagnosed remotely from the HMI.

FAQ

Ton Bag Filling And Discharge FAQ

Questions buyers ask before they order. If yours is not here, message us and an engineer will answer.

What is included in the scope of supply?
The machine list on this page plus the transfer between the stations, the electrical interface, the installation drawings, the commissioning procedure and the spare parts list. We mark every interface on the layout so there is no gap between our scope and yours.
Can I buy part of the line now and the rest later?
Yes, and most customers do. Because the control core is shared across the range, adding the next stage later does not mean re-training operators or replacing the PLC.
Who does the installation?
You provide the civil work, the power and the compressed air to the drawings we send. Start-up is supported remotely or with our engineer on site, depending on the project size and your own maintenance capability.
What lead time should I plan for?
About 30 days for standard machines and about 50 days for a custom line, against a 95% on-time delivery record. Real-time production tracking is available during the build.
How do I start?
Send the material, the pack weight, the pack format and the output you need on WhatsApp at +86 181 1999 8478 or by email to [email protected]. A photo of your current pack and a short video of your existing line is usually enough for a first configuration.

Send Us Your Floor Plan

A dimensioned sketch of the space, the product data and the output you need is enough for us to draw the line and quote it.

Send a drawing, a bag sample photo or a video of your current line on WhatsApp or by email — that is usually enough for us to quote.
