Every Step From Design To After Sales
A line is only as good as its weakest handover. These are the stages we cover, and what we take responsibility for at each one.
We start from the finished pack: weight, bag style, film structure and print. That drawing decides the film width, the roll diameter and the bag size range, and therefore the model.
Send the material. We run it on the matching machine, record the weights and the speed, and send you the run video. Nothing is quoted on assumption.
Film structure and sealing layer decide how hot the jaws run and how fast you can cycle. We advise on structure but you buy film locally, which keeps your running cost under your own control.
The unit is composed of an automatic feeder, an automatic metering machine, rack platform guardrail and escalator, the automatic bag-making and packing machine, the finished product conveyor and a hot code printer.
Weight detector, metal detector and an anti-counterfeiting system are documented options on the outfeed, so an out-of-weight or contaminated pack never reaches the pallet.
Finished packs run to a collection table, a secondary bagger or a carton line. We quote the transfer with the machine so there is no gap in the scope.
