A robot palletiser holds the pattern exactly, feeds its own pallets from a magazine of ten to fifteen, and pushes the finished load out for the forklift.

What is the payload and reach of the palletising robot?
Published data for the automatic palletising production line is a 180 kg bearing capacity, IP67 protection, 0.1 mm repeat positioning accuracy, 0.3 mm repeat cycle accuracy and a 3.15 m maximum reach.
How fast can it stack?
Continuous stacking on 25 kg to 50 kg bags is published at 600 to 1000 bags an hour, in 6 to 8 layers with 4, 5, 6 or 8 bags per layer in patterns such as 3+2, 2+3 and 3+3.
Does it feed its own pallets?
Yes. The pallet magazine holds 10 to 15 empty pallets and supplies them automatically, and the number of layers and the supply and discharge sequence are set in the PLC.
What pallet size does it work to?
The published tray size is 1400 mm x 1200 mm x 150 mm. Other pallet sizes are handled by changing the pattern and the gripper, which is a configuration change rather than a new machine.
Can I add stretch wrapping and carton sealing?
Yes. The rotatable pallet stretch wrapper, the carton case erector with tape sealing and the automatic carton sealer are all in this category and are commonly ordered together with the palletiser.
