What This Machine Does
The unit is mainly used to complete the automatic packaging process of packing small bag products (500-5000g) orderly into woven bags and sewing bag output according to the requirements. The arrangement form is single warehouse and multiple columns. Thus, automatic operation from small bulk material packaging to woven bag packaging is realized. The machine is widely used for washing powder, salt, seeds, milk powder and other powder and particle packaging applications. The equipment mainly includes double-layer inclined conveyor, high-speed conveyor, counting machine, automatic packaging machine for woven bags, sewing machine, product conveyor, etc.

How The Machine Is Made And Checked
Materials
Frames are supplied in carbon steel with a sprayed finish, or in full stainless steel where the product is food, feed or pharmaceutical. Product-contact parts are ground and finished by hand before assembly.
Manufacturing
Fabrication, machining, assembly and wiring are all done in our own plant in Hefei. Pneumatics are FESTO, TPC or SMC and the servo drives are specified per configuration.
Quality Control
Every machine is dry-run, then run with your material or a close equivalent during the factory acceptance test. You can attend in person or receive the run-off video before we crate it.
Warranty
1 year on standard machines and 2 to 3 years on non-standard customised machines, with wear parts stocked for same-week despatch.
