A line is only as good as its weakest handover. These are the stages we cover, and what we take responsibility for at each one.
Premade bags are bought, so the bag drawing comes first. Width, length, gusset and closure decide the magazine, the gripper spacing and the support arrangement.
We run your own bags and your own product together. Premade bag machines are far more sensitive to bag quality than to product, so testing the actual bag matters.
Bag supplier consistency is the single biggest cause of downtime on this line. We will tell you the tolerances the machine needs so you can hold your bag supplier to them.
The unit integrates measurement, bag supply, bag loading, bag covering, air blowing, bag supporting, packaging, sealing, printing and counting, with PLC control and a touch screen interface throughout.
Weight detector, metal detector, magnetic separator and coding are documented options depending on the model.
Filled bags transfer to a flattener, a checkweigher and then a carton or secondary bagging station.
Gripper pads, vacuum cups and sealing jaws are the wear items. All are stocked for same-week despatch.
