How A Machine Is Checked Before It Leaves

Incoming material check

Steel, load cells, drives and pneumatics are checked against the specification before they reach the assembly bay.

In-process inspection

Frames, weighing modules and product-contact parts are inspected during fabrication and hand-finished where the product touches them.

Wiring and control check

Cabinet wiring, earthing and safety circuits are checked and the PLC and HMI programs are loaded and backed up.

Dry run

The machine runs empty through its full cycle so mechanical faults surface before product is involved.

Factory acceptance test with your material

Individual pack weights and sustained speed are recorded. You attend in Hefei or receive the video.

Customer Names And Reviews

We do not publish customer names, logos or quoted reviews on this site. Buyers in this sector often treat their supplier list as commercially sensitive, and a testimonial nobody can verify is worth nothing to you anyway. Ask for a reference in your own sector and region with your enquiry and we will arrange it where the customer agrees.

Certificate Marks

We do not print certification marks across product photographs. The required document set differs by destination country, so certificate copies are issued per order against your actual import requirement, which is more use to you than a logo on a web page.

Questions buyers ask before they order. If yours is not here, message us and an engineer will answer.

Can I visit the factory?
Yes. We are at No. 6 Tianshui Road, Luyang Economic Development Zone, Hefei, Anhui, China and visitors are received at the plant entrance for machine acceptance tests. Tell us when you are travelling and we will arrange it.
Can I see my machine before it ships?
Yes. Every machine is dry-run and then run with your material or a close equivalent during the factory acceptance test. Attend in person or receive the run-off video before we crate it.
How big is the company?
More than 300 staff, including more than 60 technical and research staff. We have been building packing equipment in Hefei since 2003 and supply customers in more than 50 countries and regions.
Do you have customer references?
Customer references are shared on request and with the customer's permission rather than published on this site. Ask for a reference in your own sector and region when you enquire and we will arrange the introduction where the customer agrees.
What certifications do you hold?
Our products have passed safety inspection and the company holds qualification certification. Because the required document set differs by destination country, certificate copies for your import file are issued per order rather than published here.
What happens if a machine stops in production?
Technical support runs 24/7 with a guaranteed 4-hour response on a critical stoppage. We can look at the PLC and HMI remotely, and wear parts for sealing jaws, film feed and pneumatics are stocked for same-week despatch.
