Solution Process

Every Step From Design To After Sales

A line is only as good as its weakest handover. These are the stages we cover, and what we take responsibility for at each one.

1
Design and pattern planning

The pattern comes first: bags per layer, layer count and interlock. Published options are back stacking, five-flower and one-line patterns in 3+2, 2+3 and 3+3 arrangements.

2
Sampling and trial

Bag surface, fill level and stiffness decide the gripper. The fork type grab uses a stainless welded fork with pneumatics and a vacuum pipeline, picking by photoelectric detection.

3
Cell layout

Safety door and cover with electrical interlock, pallet magazine for 10 to 15 empty pallets, and the discharge push-out for the forklift.

4
Production

PLC plus touch screen control, with the number of stacking layers and the pallet supply and discharge programmable. Pneumatics are FESTO, TPC or SMC.

5
Quality inspection

Published robot data: 180 kg payload, IP67, 0.1 mm repeat positioning accuracy, 0.3 mm repeat cycle accuracy and 3.15 m maximum reach on a 1400 x 1200 x 150 mm pallet.

6
Packing and logistics

Fully automatic pallet stretch wrapping closes the load out before it leaves the plant.

7
After sales

Stacking modes are adjusted on the touch screen rather than in the robot program, so your own shift leader can add a new pattern without a programmer.

FAQ

Robotic Palletising Cell FAQ

Questions buyers ask before they order. If yours is not here, message us and an engineer will answer.

What is included in the scope of supply?
The machine list on this page plus the transfer between the stations, the electrical interface, the installation drawings, the commissioning procedure and the spare parts list. We mark every interface on the layout so there is no gap between our scope and yours.
Can I buy part of the line now and the rest later?
Yes, and most customers do. Because the control core is shared across the range, adding the next stage later does not mean re-training operators or replacing the PLC.
Who does the installation?
You provide the civil work, the power and the compressed air to the drawings we send. Start-up is supported remotely or with our engineer on site, depending on the project size and your own maintenance capability.
What lead time should I plan for?
About 30 days for standard machines and about 50 days for a custom line, against a 95% on-time delivery record. Real-time production tracking is available during the build.
How do I start?
Send the material, the pack weight, the pack format and the output you need on WhatsApp at +86 181 1999 8478 or by email to [email protected]. A photo of your current pack and a short video of your existing line is usually enough for a first configuration.

Send Us Your Floor Plan

A dimensioned sketch of the space, the product data and the output you need is enough for us to draw the line and quote it.

Send a drawing, a bag sample photo or a video of your current line on WhatsApp or by email — that is usually enough for us to quote.
