Line Design Questions

Questions buyers ask before they order. If yours is not here, message us and an engineer will answer.

What is the difference between a solution and a single machine?
A machine does one step. A solution covers the whole route your product takes: infeed, dosing, bagging, closing, coding, checking, conveying and palletising, with the interfaces between the stations defined and the whole sequence driven from one PLC.
Can you integrate with machines we already own?
Usually yes, if the existing machine can provide or accept a simple start and ready signal. Send us the make, model and the electrical interface and we will confirm before quoting.
Do you do the layout drawing?
Yes. Send a dimensioned sketch of the space with the door positions, the ceiling height and the forklift routes and we will lay the line into it.

Product, pack weight, output and floor plan. That is enough to get a machine list and a layout back from us.
