Product Overview
This is the workhorse of the PVC range: an extruded rigid board with straight internal ribs, produced in sections from 500 × 20 mm up to 740 × 35 mm and in several wall and rib builds so the price matches the duty.
Codes ending ZZ are the plain board; ZZP and RZP carry the mating edge profile for panel-to-panel joints; the B, C and D suffixes mark the wall and rib build. All of them take the same H-connectors, U-channel and corner posts.

Materials and Manufacturing
Extruded rigid PVC. The PVC Hollow Board is extruded as a continuous profile: rigid PVC compound is fed through a heated screw and drawn through a die that forms both the outer wall and the internal rib pattern in one pass. The profile is then cooled, sized and cut to the length the order calls for, which is why length is a customer dimension rather than a catalogue one.

Installing and Running It
Step 1
Match the section to the duty: 20 mm for light dividers, 30–35 mm for pen partitions that take animal weight.
Step 2
Use a ZZP or RZP code where boards must join flush without a visible connector.
Step 3
Set boards into U-channel at the floor so the bottom edge is sealed and supported.
Step 4
Order length to the finished run — cutting on site wastes the mating edge.

Which board should I use for a pen partition?
A 30 or 35 mm section is the usual choice. The 20 mm sections are for light dividers and non-load positions.
How are boards packed for export?
On pallets — for example 120 pieces of a 500 × 35 mm board per standard pallet and 136 on a high pallet, with the outer size following the board length.
