Appliance Internal Frame Rail is one of the parts molded on tooling built at our Dongguan shop. Black internal rail with a dense array of bosses, ribs and cable-routing features.
Cavity and core steel is machined on our own CNC and EDM equipment, inspected dimensionally after machining, and the electrodes are checked for dimension and surface finish before they are burnt.
The tool behind it is designed in full 3D to your standard or to a global standard such as DME / Meusburger / HASCO / Progressive / MISUMI, and the design is completed to one hundred percent detail before it is sent for your review.

Compared With a Prototype Tool
