Mold Making
We are a mold-making factory dating from 2011. Mold-making is our main business at ninety percent, with ten percent injection production. The shop is equipped with CNC, EDM, grinding and CMM machines, and over the past years we have built complex and precision molds for automotive, equipment appliance and medical work.

How Mold Making Runs
Incoming material
Material is inspected on arrival, with steel hardness inspection and steel certification.
Roughing and machining
Cavity and core steel is machined, then inspected dimensionally after machining.
Electrode and EDM
Electrodes are inspected for dimension and surface finish before burning.
Fitting and assembly
Plates, slides and inserts are fitted up and the mold is assembled.
Trial and report
The mold is tried and a trial report is issued with a sample dimension report (FAI).
Final inspection
Final mold inspection and packing inspection before the tool ships.

Is mold making included in the mold price?
It is part of how we build molds rather than an item sold separately. Where you want it as a stand-alone service, say so in the enquiry and we will quote it that way.
What do you need from us to start?
3D part data in STEP, IGES, Parasolid, CATIA or SolidWorks, the resin, the expected annual volume and your mold standard if you have one.
How long does it take?
The quotation comes back within two working days. The engineering itself runs against the project schedule agreed in that quotation. Specific durations: TBC per project.
Who will we be dealing with?
Our engineering team, which has been trained on customer mold standards and corresponds in English. Response is no later than 24 hours.
