Custom Specification and Private Label
Most of what we ship is built to a customer specification rather than picked off a standard list. Seed content, mesh, ASTA band, heat band and packing are all variables, not fixed attributes.
Four Steps From Enquiry to a Repeatable Lot
1. Send the specification you are buying against
A current certificate of analysis or a supplier spec sheet is the fastest starting point. Colour in ASTA, heat in SHU, mesh, moisture and seed content are the five that decide everything else.
2. We quote against the bands we can actually hold
If your target sits outside what this harvest can reach we will say so at quotation rather than at shipment.
3. Sample against the spec
A sample is cut from a lot that meets the quoted bands, not from a showcase bag. Request one by email or WhatsApp.
4. Approve, then lock the band for the run
The approved band becomes the standard for repeat lots, which is what makes colour repeat between shipments.
The Concrete Part
Seed content in crushed chili at 25, 30 or 40 percent, or to your own figure.
Mesh in powder at 40, 60, 80, 100 or 120 to your choice.
Whole pods with stem or stem-less.
Broken pods held below 3 percent and loose seeds below 2 percent on whole grades.

What can actually be customised?
Seed content, mesh or cut size, the point inside the ASTA band, the point inside the SHU band, stem or stem-less on whole pods, moisture tightening and the packing format.
How do I hand over a specification?
A current certificate of analysis or a supplier spec sheet is the fastest route. Five numbers carry most of it: ASTA, SHU, mesh, moisture and seed content.
What if my target is outside what you can hold?
We say so at quotation rather than at shipment. A band we cannot reach this harvest is better known before the contract than after the container sails.
Do samples come from real production?
Yes, cut from a lot that meets the quoted bands. A showcase bag proves nothing about what will be loaded.
Will the specification hold for repeat orders?
The approved point in the band becomes the standard for subsequent lots. That is the mechanism that makes colour repeat.
