Food Safety and Quality Control

Residue control happens in the field, not in the laboratory. That is why we manage our own plantation rather than buying dried pods at the gate.

Four Controls

What Actually Protects a Shipment

The plantation is ours

The company runs its own chili plantation in Xinjiang and manages it from breeding through field management to picking. Inputs are a decision rather than a discovery.

Residues meet the Japanese Positive List System

This is the strictest list most of our customers have to clear, and Japan is one of our three main export markets.

HACCP and kosher certified

A HACCP system certificate from the China Quality Certification Centre, and a KOF-K kosher certificate.

A clean record

No food quality or safety accident has occurred, and product quality has been praised by customers abroad.

HACCP system certificate issued to Weifang Huahe Food Co., Ltd

HACCP system certificate issued to Weifang Huahe Food Co., Ltd by the China Quality Certification Centre.

Certification

The plant holds a HACCP system certificate from the China Quality Certification Centre, announced in 2018, and a KOF-K kosher certificate announced in the same year.

Kosher certification matters to buyers in North America and Israel who need every ingredient line certified rather than just the finished product. If your compliance file needs the certificate reference, ask us and we will send it.
