Four Steps From Enquiry to a Repeatable Lot
1. Decide how the material will be discharged
A plant that tips cartons by hand and a plant that empties a big bag into a hopper want completely different packing.
2. Choose the pack
Cartons, paper bags, woven sacks and big bags are all used across the range. Paprika pellet normally travels in big bags.
3. Confirm the document set
MSDS sheets for the main chili grades download from the site. Other documents travel with the shipment.
4. Book against a real production window
Annual output runs at 3,000 to 5,000 tons of chili products, so tell us the month you need it in rather than only the quantity.

Which packing should I choose?
Decide from how the material will be discharged. Cartons for hand tipping, woven sacks for a milling operation, paper bags for warehouse storage, big bags for hopper discharge.
How is paprika pellet normally shipped?
In big bags, because the plants that buy it discharge into a hopper rather than opening cartons.
How much can you produce in a year?
Annual output runs at 3,000 to 5,000 tons of chili products, with annual sales volume between 2,000 and 8,000 tons.
Can one container hold more than one specification?
Yes. Tell us the split at quotation so the milling can be scheduled rather than the line being re-run.
Which documents can I get before shipment?
MSDS sheets download directly from this site. Certificates of analysis are prepared per lot if you ask at order confirmation.
