Product Overview
At the beginning of 2010 MBS AG, 'Sulzbach Messwandler', introduced a new current transformer, type CTB. It incorporates a higher maximum operating voltage (Um < 1.0 kV), an increased isolation test voltage (6 kV Ueff, 1 min, 50 Hz) and an increased ambient temperature range (-5 °C < T < +50 °C). The CTB connection uses a cage clamp. Production follows DIN EN 60044-1, DIN VDE 0414 part 1 and DIN 42600, with UL certification number 20100426-E336996.

How do I choose between ASR, ASK and WSK?
By how the primary is presented. ASR takes a round conductor through a tube, ASK plugs onto a busbar, and WSK has its own primary winding for very low primary currents.
What is an NH fuse rail transformer for?
It mounts on the contact rail of a low voltage high performance fuse, with tip sockets for the secondary connection, so metering is added inside the fuse switch itself.
