Eighteen Transducer Models Across Five Instrument Patterns
Nothing on this page is out of stock as a concept: every model is built to a published selection table or coding system, so the configuration is fixed on the order rather than agreed afterwards.
Controlair Type Transducer
Six models on the Controlair 500X and 550X pattern, ordered either from a twelve-line part-number table or from a four-field code. This is the range to start from when a 500 series or 550 series unit has failed and the loop has to be back in service.

Three models on the Type 1000 and Type 1500 pattern. Both are force balance instruments with an integral volume booster: the T1000 for flow and hazardous area duty, the T1500 for compact and manifold-mounted installations.

Seven models across two families. The T6000 is the modular instrument that installs seven different ways from one basic unit. The T7800 is the piezoelectric precision instrument specified at 0.25% full scale to ISA S51.1, available with four electrical terminations.

Fairchild Type TransducerTT7800 Electro Pneumatic Converter
T7800 with a terminal block, standard and extended range, voltage or current input
View specifications →Flowserve Type Transducer
The PT 700 series is the two-wire instrument in the range. Piezoelectric microvalves draw little enough power for the device to run on a standard two-wire circuit, so no separate supply is needed, and the intrinsically safe build carries ATEX II 1 G EEx ia IIC T4.
EPC Type Transducer
The EPC Type is EAA's own design rather than a pattern instrument. The EPC1000 is a direct moving electropneumatic converting unit with a pneumatic power amplifying relay, built to push enough air to move a large-bore control valve quickly.
Not Sure Which Model Matches Your Loop
Send the nameplate data from the unit you are replacing and the actuator spring range, and the matching part number comes back with a price.
