OEM And Private Label Production

Sixteen photographed customer orders on this site are OEM batches. The customer specifies the range, the label and the packing; EAA builds, calibrates and tests the batch and ships it under the customer's own name.

Step By Step

STEP 01Agree the specification
STEP 02Approve the label
STEP 03Build the batch
  1. Agree the specificationInput signal, output range, electrical termination, protection grade and any accessory such as a filter regulator or output gauge.
  2. Approve the labelThe nameplate carries the customer's brand and part numbering, and the printed data matches the build.
  3. Build the batchUnits are assembled in one run so the batch is consistent rather than accumulated from several.
  4. Bench calibrate every unitStandard current signal generator, standard pneumatic barostat, 0.1 class pressure gauge. Zero at the bottom of the range, span at the top, intermediate points checked.
  5. Batch test on the benchUnits are run together on the test bench, which is what the production photographs on the case pages show.
  6. Pack to the customer's specificationCartons, inserts and labelling as agreed, ready for the customer's own distribution.
