TC dies from 0.015 mm to 32.0 mm, in a large range of nib and hole sizes.

Tungsten carbide dies have been used in the wire and cable industry for many years, in the drawing applications where diamond dies are not economical or where the hole tolerance is not as critical. They are used extensively in the steel and non-ferrous industries, for example bunching or stranding large diameter cable, and are available across 0.015 mm to 32.0 mm.
One die material across almost the whole drawing and stranding range.
The stock breadth that makes carbide the practical default in a mixed die store.
The right answer when hole tolerance is not the critical variable.
Used extensively in both industries, including on large diameter cable.
Carbide is the economical default. PCD lasts longer on abrasive wire and covers 0.03-20.00 mm drawing and 0.50-40.00 mm stranding. Nano diamond coated dies run at least 10 times longer than carbide on the same wire, and over 30 times on aluminium.
Dies are manufactured for wire between 0.10 mm and 25.0 mm to suit round or profile wire and rod, to the customer's own specification, at -1% / +2% of the wire diameter.
On the motorised and hydraulic machines, operating voltage is built to the industrial supply of the destination country. State voltage, phase and frequency with the order.
Machines are packed in a strong wooden or plywood case as stated per model. Carry cases are supplied with the portable welders and the DA10.
