Nano Diamond Coated Drawing Dies
Zero wear across the die life, from φ0.50 mm to φ120 mm, for stranding bunching compacting and drawing.

Polycrystalline diamond dies from φ0.03 mm to φ20.00 mm for drawing and to φ40.00 mm for stranding.

PCD dies can be used for any type of wet and dry wire drawing process, and are the choice for larger sizes where demanding wear is the problem and surface finish is less critical. PCD die lifespan is longer than tungsten carbide dies, natural diamond dies and single crystal diamond dies.
With the highest production efficiency and the least downtime.
From ultra fine wire drawing at 0.03 mm to cable stranding at 40.00 mm.
The finish stays consistent along the run rather than drifting as the hole opens.
Ideal for highly abrasive wire materials, which is where carbide life collapses.
Tungsten carbide is used where diamond dies are not economical or where hole tolerance is not critical. PCD lasts longer than carbide, natural diamond and single crystal diamond. Nano diamond coated dies go further again on life and hold the size with effectively zero wear.
The manufacturer's own data sheets for this item, reproduced as supplied.

Dies are manufactured for wire between 0.10 mm and 25.0 mm to suit round or profile wire and rod, to the customer's own specification, at -1% / +2% of the wire diameter.
On the motorised and hydraulic machines, operating voltage is built to the industrial supply of the destination country. State voltage, phase and frequency with the order.
Machines are packed in a strong wooden or plywood case as stated per model. Carry cases are supplied with the portable welders and the DA10.

Various ferrous and non-ferrous metal rod and wire — saw wire, stainless steel wire, carbon steel wire, welding wire, aluminium wire, copper wire and tyre cord.
For these applications yes. PCD lifespan is longer than tungsten carbide dies, natural diamond dies and single crystal diamond dies.
Where hole tolerance is not critical and the wire is not abrasive — tungsten carbide is more economical there.
Give the wire material, the diameter and the country the machine will run in, and the quote comes back with the die set and the voltage build already decided.
