Resistance butt welding from 1 kVA to 40 kVA for steel aluminium brass and pure copper.

The UN series is the resistance answer where cold welding cannot go — ferrous metal. Six capacities from UN-1 at 1 kVA to UN-40 at 40 kVA cover steel from 0.6 mm to 4.5 mm and aluminium from 0.5 mm to 20.0 mm. A shell structure transformer keeps power consumption down, and the larger models step 380 V down to a 36 V secondary at the work.
The shell structure transformer gives a good welding result at lower consumption than an equivalent open-core machine.
UN-16 and above transform 380 V down to 36 V, which is both safe and good practice on a shop floor.
UN-1 to UN-10 apply pressure by spring, UN-10 to UN-25 by lever, so the setting suits the section.
Small in size and usually needing no fastening down, so the welder goes to the block.
Cold pressure welders join non-ferrous wire with no heat at all, which is always the better joint where it applies. The UN series exists for the metals cold welding cannot take — steel and stainless — and for shops that need one machine covering ferrous and non-ferrous.

Dies are manufactured for wire between 0.10 mm and 25.0 mm to suit round or profile wire and rod, to the customer's own specification, at -1% / +2% of the wire diameter.
On the motorised and hydraulic machines, operating voltage is built to the industrial supply of the destination country. State voltage, phase and frequency with the order.
Machines are packed in a strong wooden or plywood case as stated per model. Carry cases are supplied with the portable welders and the DA10.

The UN-16, UN-25 and UN-40 run 380/36 V. The UN-1 and UN-3 run from 220 V and the UN-10 from 380 V.
Yes. For export orders the butt welding machine is built according to the requirements of overseas customers.
Usually not — the machines are small and normally need no fastening down.
Give the wire material, the diameter and the country the machine will run in, and the quote comes back with the die set and the voltage build already decided.
