QT6-15 Medium Large Scale Cement Brick Machine
Hydraulic automatic press moulding six hollow blocks per cycle at 40.5 kW, for plants moving into medium large scale output.

Machine Overview
The QT6-15 is the middle of the fully automatic range. Hydraulic pressure moulding keeps the press stable and efficient, so blocks come out denser and stronger than a mechanical press can manage, and the 900 x 700 mm pallet carries six hollow blocks per cycle - 1440 pieces per hour, 11520 per 8 hour shift. Moulds are wire cut and carburised to hold block dimensions over a long production life.
Key Benefits
- 1440 hollow blocks per hour, 11520 per 8 hour shift
- 5520 standard bricks per hour at 230 x 110 x 70 mm
- Hydraulic pressure moulding for higher block density and strength
- Precise wire cut and carburised moulds that hold dimensional accuracy
- 900 x 700 mm pallet, six blocks per cycle, 15 to 20 second cycle

Who It Is For
- Producers who have outgrown a 5000 block shift
- Plants where two smaller machines cost more in labour than one automatic line
- Buyers who need curbstone and paver capability on the same machine
Problems It Solves
- Output that plateaus because the press, not the market, is the limit
- Dimensional drift that causes rejects on specified projects
- Labour cost across two machines that one automatic line would cover
Application Scenarios
- A block plant supplying a regional construction market on two shifts
- Mixed production of solid blocks, hollow blocks, pavers and curbstones
- Replacing two semi automatic presses with one automatic line
- Plants tendering for projects that require consistent block dimensions
Technical Features
- 40.5 kW on a 7100 x 1600 x 2610 mm machine
- 50 to 70 kN vibration force at 4600 times per minute
- 15 to 20 second moulding cycle
- 900 x 700 mm pallet size
- Mould life extended by precise line cutting and carburising treatment
Technical Parameters
Reproduced from the manufacturer specification. Where a figure is not published the table says so rather than carrying an estimate.
| Machine overall size | 7100 x 1600 x 2610 mm |
| Power | 40.5 KW |
| Vibration force | 50-70 KN |
| Moulding cycle | 15-20 s |
| Vibration frequency | 4600 times/min |
| Pallet size | 900 x 700 mm |
| Moulding system | Hydraulic pressure moulding |
Quality Control In The Workshop
- Heavy-duty steel frame built to the extra thick plate standard used in Quanzhou
- CO2 shielded welding on regular parts and robot welding at key stress points
- Shot blasted frames finished in automotive grade paint
- Machine assembly, shot blasting and trial running can be witnessed on a factory visit
Use Guide
- Lay the plant out so the wheel loader can feed the batching system without crossing the pallet route
- Keep mould changeover to a planned slot rather than mid-shift
- Record vibration settings for each mould so the same block is repeatable
- Inspect the mould faces for carburised surface wear at regular intervals
Published Output By Block Size
Capacity is indicative. Actual output varies with operator efficiency, mould and material quality, which is how the manufacturer specification states it.
| Block size (mm) | Pcs per mould | Pcs per hour | Pcs per 8 hours |
|---|---|---|---|
| 400 x 200 x 200 | 6 | 1440 | 11520 |
| 230 x 110 x 70 | 23 | 5520 | 44160 |
| 200 x 100 x 60 | 15 | 2700 | 21600 |
What The Machine Looks Like

How It Compares With The Alternatives
A technical comparison against the other ways of solving the same problem, using the figures each machine publishes for itself.
| QT5-15 automatic machine | Five blocks per cycle at 26.5 kW against six at 40.5 kW. The QT5-15 is the choice when the colour machine matters more than throughput. |
| QT8-15 automatic machine | Eight blocks per cycle, 90 kN vibration and a 960 x 870 mm pallet. The next step when 11520 blocks a shift is no longer enough. |
| Two semi automatic presses | Two QT4-24 machines need six to eight workers to reach a fraction of this output. The automatic line concentrates that labour into supervision and handling. |
