Building Construction Machinery In Linyi Since 1999

Linyi Brick Mate Machinery Co., Ltd. has developed, built and sold construction machinery in China since 1999. The plant covers a 16,000 square metre workshop with over 300 staff, thirty of them skilled technicians across different technical areas.

The Workshop

A 16,000 square metre workshop with over 300 staff on site, including thirty skilled technicians. The plant holds precision processing machines and full sets of testing and inspection tools, which is what makes it possible to build machines to a fixed standard rather than to whatever the day's parts allow.

How A Machine Is Built

Steel sheets are laser cut so every part is sized without dimensional error. Steel surfaces are polished and de-rusted before any welding. Regular parts are welded with CO2 shielded welding, and key stress points are welded by robotic arms so the welds are uniform. The whole frame is then shot blasted to remove surface rust before painting.

Vibration Boxes And Frames

Vibration boxes are cast as one solid piece and fitted with large imported bearings, which is what makes the vibration unit last. Steel frames follow the heavy-duty design standards widely used in Quanzhou, with extra thick steel plate for a stable structure under continuous vibration.

Assembly And Finish

Machines are built using modular assembly, which keeps later repairs cheaper and simpler across the equipment's service life. For the outer finish we use premium automotive paint, which holds up against outdoor wear and fading better than standard industrial coatings.

Motors And Control Systems

All motors fitted are brand new genuine units, and buyers can choose Indramat motors or servo motors depending on their needs. Control systems use Siemens PLC modules with matching touch screens, paired with frequency converters from established Chinese manufacturers.

The Full Range

The published range covers fully automatic block production lines QT18-15, QT15-15, QT12-15, QT10-15, QT8-15, QT6-15, QT5-15 and QT4-25; semi-automatic block machines QT4-25, QT4-26 and QT40-1; and mobile block machines QT40-3A and QT40-3B. Models without a page on this site are quoted on request.
